probably a stupid question..not that well up on politics, but who are ULA..

How about an election prediction competition. Maybe Patricia might offer a prize for closest prediction to actual result.

whose main aim is as a unit to gain enough seats to get private members speaking time
in the Dail so that they have a chance to torture people on a regular basis
