rag week in limerick isn't for a few more week, I know cos all hell breaks out around here, smashing cars, 24hr parties, bricks through windows, students passed out drunk in the middle of the road, litter and crap every where, pissing in ppls gardens, shitting on ppls cars........and a lot more!!!

I have the landlords name, address, telephone no., and work address, she owns a shop in nenagh, when i went into the students last night they said "our landlord is a legend, she's so nice she won't give out to us" and thats the problem the landlord is not cut out to deal with problems, she's just too nice.... any way i have arranged for to guards to visit her at work and stress the importance of controlling what goes on in her house........and basically put the shits up her, hopefully that will scare her into doing something, if not i'll some more unsavory measures things are always clearer in the morning, thanks for all the advice

When I was a landlord I rented a house to this nice bunch of young lads.

They proceeded to attempt to trash the gaff within a week.

A few of the neighbours got on to me.

They were gone within two weeks minus their security deposit.

Get on to the guards, annoy the landlord, contact the PRTB, contact your local district court.
