I think the fact u state ur over it already shows that she is not the one for you. Feeling guilty for the way she is isnt a reason to get back together. As Benny said, if you know a friend of family member of hers, speak to them about ur concern for her.

Don't go over mate,it will make it worse, you'll probably make up just to calm her down,then it gets complicated. Stay calm yourself and talk to her on the phone, agree with benny, phone her best friend and tell her whats happened, let her calm her down.

Actually Banjo has the right idea. Get a good going over first and then see that she is a messer.
