too many moderators

I feel it somewhat discomforting to see another 2 moderators, I have no problem whatsoever with either person but there are too many moderators here All in all I believe the forums should be a source of information advice & humor to everyone but there is too much inconsistency & vagueness as to the reasons why people are banned why threads are edited deleted is getting no better I fail to see how 2 more moderators are gonna improve the situation rather I think theres too many chiefs here...

Folks,

The danger is having "too many chiefs and not enough indians" as they say in North America. Furthermore, there seems to be a feeling among members that EI is trying to micro-manage everything and this only reinforces that view.
