I feel it somewhat discomforting to see another 2 moderators, I have no problem whatsoever with either person but there are too many moderators here All in all I believe the forums should be a source of information advice & humor to everyone but there is too much inconsistency & vagueness as to the reasons why people are banned why threads are edited deleted is getting no better I fail to see how 2 more moderators are gonna improve the situation rather I think theres too many chiefs here...

Just replying to this

We have 3 managers (different times , usually 2 on during the day and one at night.

We have 2 reveiw mods
and we have now 5 regular mods who wil work during the day and night, not always at the same time and an additional mod for the gay forum.

All the mods are regular posters who contribute to the boards as both posters and mods.
So its easier to help this site run more smoothly. We are not here to traget anyone just help with editiing and moving posts and responding to anyone who has any sort of problem.

So dont worry about the size of the team, its for the communities benifit rather than just our own
