    It pays not to be too discrete when handing over your payment.
    Many use an envelope as previously stated, and hand over, leave on table etc when they arrive at the appointment.

    Lately I've tried to be a little more discrete on handing over the fee,
    by leaving the envelope in a bag which contains a small gift for the lady.

    At a recent appointment I was changed and ready to go when the lady brought up the issue of payment. Unfortunately she missed the White envelope in the bag which happened to be white also. Too cleaver for my own good perhaps!

    So perhaps during the handover process, we should keep this plain and simple.

    Have I learnt by my mistakes? He'll no, will just keep on trying until I master this process

    rather than cause any indiscretion, I paid her when requested, and said nothing.

    About time-frame. Punting is way more fun when ya just do it on the spur of the moment. Hours notice tops in most cases.
