The business won't disappear. I'm sure of that. But a lot of the better regular clients will be frightened off and with less business around , a lot of the absolutely world class beautiful escorts who work here will go somewhere else.

For the sake of a few emails, I'm willing to make a bit of noise and encourage others to also, which in turn will make it less socially unacceptable for others to express an opinion different to the immigration council, ruhama, the labour party etc.

If you 'tweet' you can now follow and tweet TORL (turnoffRL) on Twitter

    You can also follow www.twitter.com/joesoapdub

    Who could he be???

Good Idea Bruno. As many people as possible should do this. Also don't give your vote to TD's who are in support of criminalising the clients of sex workers.

Check out the sex workers site: SWAI Ireland - Homepage.

If the turnofftheredlight site crashed it wouldn't be missed. with all the lies on it. All these emails should reduce their morale hopefully.

That's just one opinion that is shared by a lot of people.

    But you may be right.

    My advice:
Keep it clean, support the aim of stopping trafficking but make the point that the independent escorting business will be driven underground into the world of pimps and organized criminals.

    Good luck!

Thanks Bruno for keeping this topic alive. I think its very serious and we have to resist the temptation to bury our heads in the sand. Which unfortunately is exactly what I feel like doing!

I've been so busy this wek that I never got to email the Metro Herald (after the thread started by Jack in the box). I'm going to give it some serious thought this weekend and try to compose some 'balanced' comments to email/post to the above.

    P.S. Question:
I intend to create a new email address for the above in case it gets overwhelmed with hate mail. Do you think any of the above organisations can trace my IP address?

The Gardai could if they were bothered. Just don't say directly what activities you might engage in. It's just a debate topic then. I have a very prominent job and I'm not worried about it.

The only tools publicly available can trace an ip address of a website but not from an email.
