Question What I like about Ireland...

Ireland has taken quite a battering in the last few years.
The downturn has contrasted so much with the bubble years.

I like the sense of history, the ancient tombs at Newgrange,
Beautiful castles, like Lismore in Waterford from the 6th century
and Ashford in Mayo, capture the imagination.

What do you like about Ireland?

Well speaking as an outsider, comparing Ireland to all of the other countries in which I have lived, the best thing about Ireland is .....

    The Irish people.

Speaking as an Irish person, the best thing about Ireland for me:

its people and it is home - whenever I go away I always love to come back. I don't think I could live anywhere else.
Thank you all the ladies I had pleasure of meeting. Forever grateful for the memories

Our witty sence of humour for me .: doc
Between two evils, I always pick the one I never tried before.
