It is not Julia responsibility to remember all E-I clients.
You can blame E-I imperfect system in which we are unable to stop same escorts to advertise again and again under different names and phone numbers. If you do remember girl, let us know, we will check it out for you and other users.

Escort was posting from John account, so what, what evidence you have that John user name is a male? Even it is male, what guarantees you have escort is still working or even ever been working for him or anyone else?

Second profile was activated by mistake-but nobody said that I've made it...Believe that there are thousands of active and suspended profiles on the website and sometimes it's not easy to manage them.I fixed Sindy's issue in 40 minutes because this is the part of my work in here

I'm sorry Julia, I didn't mean to lay the blame at your door as I know there are other staff that could have been responsible, I'm not even blaming them, I'm just saying that obviously something isn't working when both sides are getting frustrated but unfortunately as the opperators of this site the Responsibility to come up with a solution falls on E-I's shoulders..

If I would see posibilities of discussing this with you or anyone else here , I would use a tone to discuss the matter.
Sorry Anon but your questions are silly, unless you are asking pointlesly, knowing you will not get answer, because nobody here can answer your questions.
I've said this already, but I see need to say it again, you should rise here an issue and base on this issue 'paying clients'( as you call them) can make their mind up about trusting escort being independent or not.
Julia could activate the profile, this is no crime to make a mistake. Staff is dealing with many requests o daily basis, so again, mistakes will happend from time to time. I do not see mistakes reported in this section happening everyday, unless I am wrong on this one.

Sorry Sarah but I will never understand your side better, you have only on average 700 profiles to maintain with only a percentage of those changing on a daily basis, it's not rocket science with a few staff involved to ensure there are no duplicates and the images are accurate.. There is no point me arguing this as it has been the number one bone of contention since I joined over 3 years ago and it will be the number one bone of contention in another 3 years unless things are improved, staff and mods keep saying how many fake photo reports they are activating but doesn't that not tell you how bad the problem is. Of course the simplest way to dramatically curb this problem is to not allow the ladies to change there own images or at least restrict it to office working hours or better again mornings only..
