would be enough to deter 82 % of potential customers of escorts, alone.

I agree what lad wants a copper handing your wife our partner a summons how would you talk your way out of that not nice .I am single so that doesn't effect me but I don't fancy a criminal record.

effective in informing society that prostitution has a legitimate
purpose, and can even be great fun!
