Isn't it a bit concerning that someone requests a ban ? Isn't that a form of reaching out or asking for help ?

Banjo (02-02-11)
were these temporary bans things requested by the poster banned? I mean if theres a sincere reason fine but it distinguishes that people have little else going on in their lives I believe all those posters here who said they have a business ARE ACTUALLY LONG TERM UNEMPLOYED who wouldnt work to warm themselves..
In fairness, I think they were going to stop these requested temp. banns.
Personally if a person wants to request a bann, I don't think any harm is being done, so in my humble opinion the practice should continue.
As for one of the self employed, the beauty about working for yourself is that you can be logged on for most of the day, and when things get a little quiet you can have a little read and post. We can always catch up on our work at home in the evenings if needed. Many of us also work seven days a week, so a little harmless fun at times is always welcomed.
Long term unemployed?
I wish, probably would have more money that way!
