that's quite a claim- as a US resident I'd politely suggest that most gun massacres could have been prevented if the perps were on correct doses of anti-psch meds!! If the guy in Tucson had gotten help ( & perhaps lithium) perhaps he wouldn't have caused that carnage!
btw- whatever about Gay Sex- this story isn't that novel- there is very strong anecdotal evidence that several drugs in this Class cause addictive behaviour, there's scores of accounts of little old ladies with no history of gambling hitting the casinos after getting these meds!
If you're asking if he will be successful claiming- I'd imagine not in a french court.. now if he came over here.......lil old ladies getting $$$$ outa McDonalds for coffee scalds- who knows!!
