Ciara, I have tried to make a booking with you twice, both times (unfortunately) you were booked out, once I called you and the other time I PM'd you, but you sent me a text back after I tried to call you the first time saying you were busy when i called and to call again, very nice touch and when I tried to book by PM you also replied to me straight away to let me know.

Unless there is something wrong with the content or tone of the PM then I think a response or acknowlegement is very much appreciated by the sender.
