If people decide to post on a different site they are also free to do so. We are customers of a site that provides a "product" (poor choice of words) and if for whatever reason we are unhappy with the service provider we are free to look else where!

The anti mod stuff as you call it is in reaction to two wrong decisions made by them in relation to Shirleyy. The mods and managers are professional and should be able to deal with critics without becoming defensive and circling the wagons!

No threats were made by anyone methinks!

Well, I think you're giving out the wrong message here, Danny. Just because we are paid to be 'professional' as you see it doesn't give people the right to give abuse to mods/managers.

You know, we try so hard to be impartial, and unlike yourself here, we have no 'favourites'; we try to be consistent in all decisions but it's usually a public debate that blurs the real essence of why we make a particular decision. If a threat about not posting isn't a threat, then what is the purpose of it?

You have to understand that there is a HELL of a lot more going behind the scenes in many situations, so saying that the management have made two 'wrong' decisions is not very accurate. There are occasions when we feel immediate action should be taken in order to temporarily put it on hold until we can discuss the matter with the rest of the management/moderators. I find that people are treating the night managers/moderators as 'sitting ducks' to coin a phrase; they have to make a difficult decision without counsel from their peers (so that we are being impartial) and things end up being blown out of proportion. We make ourselves available to help escorts and posters with their queries and problems, and people think this is a great opportunity to try and wind people up. Such a shame, really! You state that without posters, there would be no site? Without our customer service and the fact we give both advertising and non-advertising escorts access to things like the Ugly Mugs on top of us being here as human beings to try and help people here, this site wouldn't be where it is today either. Contrary to popular belief, it isn't just about making money; it's about giving a shit!

Theres nothing here that cant be solved with a group mud bath between us all and staff/moderators

To much good work done by staff like ug mugs for them to be all about the money, things can be improved, like in all things, mistakes happen, hell if they didn't, most of us would not even be here, so daddy kepts tellin me anyhow
