I'm sure we all agree, that he does have a lot of good qualities. And in the short time of me being here, I have always thought, that he is very dedicated, spends a lot of time on here and tries his best.
It is not easy to please everybody, in fact it is impossible. The reason the team is here and we can have an imput, that there can be different opinions considered and we can all be brought down to earth at times....

Doozer is a good guy alright. Or maybe was up until a few month ago when all this infraction for provoking bullshit came about. I can only assume that he is following orders.

It's not just PM access the escort is deprived of..The issue here for me is a moderator handing out infractions without much sensible consideration, resulting in a ban, and to do that is depriving an escort of access to safety information.
No escort in her right mind is going to knowingly risk that, however the problem is this word, provocation.. and the moderators perception of what is provocation. It seems to cover a multitude of situations when the mod gets in too deep a muddle or can't think of any other valid reason to hand out a slap.
It seems that speaking your mind, how you speak it, or the mods mind reading skills as to what you really mean can be interpreted as provocation as and when it suits.

I am sorry but the nighttime staff here are bordering on the ridiculous. There is no consistency, reason or intelligent structure to their moderation. I have never in my years on these boards seen so many infractions or bannings. The atmosphere is one of being in a camp run by the SS. It is getting worse by the day. This negativity cannot be good for EI forum business. Then again, forum business is just a little portion of the big business picture, so do they give a fuck…. Pffff… doubtful…

But this particular issue is not about us, this is about an Escort that is paying €100 per week to advertise here. This customer rather than thanked for her custom is told she cannot use or access the areas or facilities that were promised to her when she decided to pay said fee to advertise. This escort who may well conduct all her appointments using PM to carry out her business, is now denied this facility because somebody has deemed how she has said something, or have predicted what she may have said, not in accordance with their interpretation of the rules. Have these members of Moderation staff considered that this escort may lose out on income due to this decision, but still are happy to keep her €100 for the weeks advertising. Would these members of staff be happy to see their wages halved for the week based on a whimsical decision…

This place is becoming a joke… how many times recently do we have members fighting management over decisions. I have never seen it before. A bit of drama you may say Pru… pffff... too often honey, too often. Its only a matter of time I think that this will blow up in your faces… I have said it before, and I say it again, you guys need to sit down and discuss and re-evaluate. This place is going to the dogs...

Tries his best? This sounds like a teacher making an excuse for an incapable schoolchild.
This is business, peoples livelihoods. Whilst he is handing out unreasonable infractions resulting in bans, peoples working lives and safety are being affected,
Making excuses for someone elses inadequacies is just pathetic.
He is a man and needs to step up not hide behind apron strings.

This my friend is a cop out rule , its used to ban people or posts not liked by management as they dont need to prove it as it is an opinionated infraction.

I just think that in the case of paying escorts who are on 2 infractions that they should be allowed 4 before banning and when they hit 3 they get a message that another one will impact on possible work pm's they might have, that way at least they can clear the decks and not piss of any client that was waiting for a promised reply about times dates etc.

Well, I have reported this for discussion as I said I would, but I think banning the escort from the social forums (the forums on the top) only would be easier technically and less long winded.
