I do understand, that you guys feel strongly about the case and again, I wasn't here when this all kicked in, so I did not make the decisions. As a general advice, I think to avoid anything like this in the future, it is always worth for the ladies to drop management a pm of any suspicions regarding an other escort, as it may come across as steering the mud.
The reported posts, pm's etc have gone through the system, so it has not gone unnoticed.
As far as unbanning Shirley, management will deal with the issue tomorrow, if they deem it to be unjust, it will get undone...

You can only infract for provocation, bad language, flaming. You cant infract for someone inviting someone to PM them, not unless you have the content of the PM and if we are being really precise you cant infract an escort who defends herself by questioning Mileysweets motives and behavior. Mileysweet is the one that should be dealt with, not Shirleyy. Sorry if it seems as though its a bit of a to do about nothing but it tends to happen when someone is grossly mistreated by people who have no concept of our job, nor the importance of being seen to act in a fair and coherent manner. Doozer infracted Shirleyy for stating facts. You chose to ban an honest escort and protect the guilty.

I'm sure we all agree, that he does have a lot of good qualities. And in the short time of me being here, I have always thought, that he is very dedicated, spends a lot of time on here and tries his best.

I am sorry but the nighttime staff here are bordering on the ridiculous. There is no consistency, reason or intelligent structure to their moderation. I have never in my years on these boards seen so many infractions or bannings. The atmosphere is one of being in a camp run by the SS. It is getting worse by the day. But this particular issue is not about us, this is about an Escort that is paying €100 per week to advertise here. This customer rather than thanked for her custom is told she cannot use or access the areas or facilities that were promised to her when she decided to pay said fee to advertise. This escort who may well conduct all her appointments using PM to carry out her business, is now denied this facility because somebody has deemed how she has said something, or have predicted what she may have said, not in accordance with their interpretation of the rules. Have these members of Moderation staff considered that this escort may lose out on income due to this decision, but still are happy to keep her €100 for the weeks advertising. Would these members of staff be happy to see their wages halved for the week based on a whimsical decision…

This place is becoming a joke… how many times recently do we have members fighting management over decisions. I have never seen it before. A bit of drama you may say Pru… pffff... too often honey, too often. Its only a matter of time I think that this will blow up in your faces… I have said it before, and I say it again, you guys need to sit down and discuss and re-evaluate. This place is going to the dogs...
