Infractions. Should things be changed?

Another point which has to be made is decisions may be related to PMS, private issues not posted on the boards. This information is not for public view and this would make your suggestion completely unworkable.
We have several mods, and 3 managers. Its not a one man band, and issues get discussed behind the scenes.

I did not take into account the PM issue Jackie to be honest and I can see where my suggestion fails in that area.
I know issues get discussed and I am not doubting the sincerity of those involved at all. (and have stated it already) but I still think there is room for some sort of appeal process. If there is for TR why not these matters?

TRs are completely different issue and i dont beleive you can compare the two.

I did not say they were the same but pointed out that EI does have appeals processes allready.
I do not have a step by step idea on how it would work but I do not see why people have objection to the idea of someone appealing a decision made.

The point is Danny , they do, they send a PM if they object, or email if they get banned. We look at it and respond. Isnt that the same as an appeals process. !!!

I poke to you about my infraction in a very lighthearted way today and accepted the decision.

There are rules on the site, which need to be kept to. If you break them you will get a warning / infraction / ban depending on the particular incident. We have guidelines that we work to , to ensure conisistency in the application of these. There are always exceptions as you can never cover every possible scenario that may happen.
I think there needs to be a bit of a reality check here...its a message board!!!!
I do think some of you take this all far to seriously. Its supposed to be a place where people can have fun, ask questions, have a bit of banter, and occasionally someone kicks off and we have to deal with it.
Yes, i agree for escorts who pay to advertise on this site, the consequences of an infraction or ban may be different for them.

There is no official appeal process, but you can email / PM in relation to an infraction etc. We have in the past reversed decisions and removed them, if it was felt that a wrong decision was made, so its not true that decisions cant get reversed. They can under the right circumstances.

Point 1. Please specify what you mean by saying none of my threads are as inocent as I try to make out! I posed a question and asked for a discussion. I do not need you to ake speculation on my motives. Anytime I ever had an issue I bring it up in a forthright manner.

Point 2. I never said the managers did not discuss things in a fair manner but when decisions are made behind doors without a option to appeal it does cause issues. Justice not only has to be done but seen to be done.

Who said there was no option to appeal? There may not be an official appeal process, but the managers seem like reasonable people, so if an infraction or ban was deemed to be unfair after consultation amongst themselves, it would probably be reversed.

Point 3. This is a forum where rows often happen and things get said and to be honest I would rather see that than just middle of the road beige posters all the time.

Rows don't happen, they are caused. There is nothing wrong with having a disagreement or discussion, it's how it's presented that causes problems. I am speaking as a black & white poster.
