If you are going for beans on toast, chop and fry an onion first and add it to the beans. Or stir a teaspoon of chilli powder in with the beans when you heat them. Or do both together. If chilli is too hot, try Garam Masala. If frying an onion is too much hard work, buy a bunch of spring onions and chop a couple up and just drop them into the beans.
If that is not enough, sprinkle grated cheese on the top and microwave for a few seconds to melt the cheese.
Put a tin of chickpeas in a pot. Boil. Add curry powder, chilli powder and a dash of soy sauce.
After 5 mins drain them and then crush them into a paste with a potato masher.
Spread on toast or cracker bread.
If you don't ejaculate, you can have your money back!
