I am mad about eastern european girls. I think they are among the most beautiful women in the world. So don't let me hear you bad mouthing them Kitty!
But I know what you mean. Some cultures just come across more serious. But I can testify that any Eastern Europeans I've known (women and men) have just as great a sense of humour as any other cultural group.
Humour of course is very cultural and therefore someone from Eastern Europe may not get our Irish sense of humour. Hence its not that they are not funny, its just that they sometimes don't get us.
