I'm sure the ladies know a time waster - would anyone expect them to be nice on the off chance of a visit sometime down the road, I don't think so.

Personally when I phone for an appointment, I give them my name and ask if she is available around a certain time.
If she is I enquire as to the general area she is located in, then confirm time and duration of appointment.
If the lady wishes me to later confirm either by text or phone call closer to the appointment time I do so.

Fortunately I am usually happy with the content on an escorts profile, so for me there is no need to ask another questions.
