Dealing with ppl its not easy, most when ur job its to make them happy lol . Be pacient and nice, and dont let anything to affects you mental. I have been managing a club in Madrid, all the nites I had complains from ppl,lot of them without a good reason, and had to explein them in a very nice way they are right and in the same time they are not.

I used to be diplomatic in my younger days, but just don't have the patience anymore.
Is the customer always right?
Unfortunately the customer is usually wrong, but they never see it through their foggy glasses!
Perhaps I should try to make them see the errors of their ways, but lately I just can't be bothered.

Well, my next appointment is going to be Thursday, so that's something to look forward to.
Will try to be that ideal customer who knows he is always wrong.

Ever had one of those days where everything went wrong and you just feel like hiding in a dark corner or driving off a cliff?

I'm having one of those days, found out one of our employees is passing our enquires to other companies, quoting work for another company, and to top it off i find out that a job was done that shouldn't have been and will end up costing around €100k to rectify plus compensation. this is on top of the usual shit that goes wrong every day
