I used to be diplomatic in my younger days, but just don't have the patience anymore.
Is the customer always right?
Unfortunately the customer is usually wrong, but they never see it through their foggy glasses!
Perhaps I should try to make them see the errors of their ways, but lately I just can't be bothered.
Well, my next appointment is going to be Thursday, so that's something to look forward to.
Will try to be that ideal customer who knows he is always wrong.
