its true though Gillette shaving foam Gillette razors shaves the whole lot sack & all bit of sudocream afterwards bald as an Egg works for me....

I had to have an op below the belt maybe 15 years ago, was shaved clean ON ONE SIDE ONLY!!!
Bastards! So I shaved the other side! Since then I've been shaving with the best blades I can get. Currently Fusion Power. Some cream afterwards is a great idea.
I tried electric once! Blade got caught on my "coin purse" NEVER again!
Give it a go... it's worth the effort!
