If a guy cums quick I give him a breather than go for it again. However some just get up put their clothes on and leave and say they can't go again. So it's whatever the client wants during our time together, some just like to chat, some to go again and some to just leave. If someone says they cum quick then i will say to stop me if they get to close as if they can only cum once I want them to last so they get full enjoyment from it.
