I too love to neglect underwear and head out with a dangerously wavy dress. I love knowing that at any time my lower regions could be on display to total strangers, and sometimes I make it a little easier for them to see.

Taking personal risks doesn't turn me on, but you taking a risk like that Charlie - definitely turns me on! And if you have to ask why you're a tease, that just proves it.
