Surely in most of them there was some underlying medical conditions that were a major factor in their deaths

Its widely accepted that The Exorcist is probably the greatest horror film of all time and I’m one of them but I’d actually go as far as saying I believe not only is it the best horror film ever made but perhaps one of the greatest films ever made as a whole.

Its nearly 40 years old now but I think its timeless, one of those rare films you can watch over and over and never get bored watching it, a true classic, it can still knock the bollocks off today’s CGI multi-million dollar crap we see these days.

Doozer have you ever seen The Exorcist 3 - Legion? It went back to the original story and with the original writer and director William Peter Blatty. It stared one of my favorite actors of all time George C. Scott. I think it’s a cracking film, check it out if you haven’t already seen it.

Black Snake Moan - IMDB is on Film4 tonight. It looks pretty good from the IMDB description.... it's rare for a film like that to get 7.1 on IMDB.

Hostel is pretty good but stay away from the sequel. Cabin Fever might be worth a shot
Fragile is one that gave me goosebumps, yer one from ally mcbeal is in it but dont let that deter you
Rec is a spanish zombie film, subtitled but has a few good "make you jump" scenes
