Why does it take forever to ban obvious trolls like Dublin laddie, yet folks like debest or An Don have everything they post scrutinized to a rediculous degree?

It does take a while to ban some trolls as we have to wait for them to step out of line enough
Where as the likes of debest brings it on himself in a fast and effiecient manner
