Appointments, Whats your favourite ?

Seeing as we have a thread where we will all moan about this and that.

I thought we need a bit of balance.

So what is your favourite thing that has happened. Apart form the obvious !!
No names just anything that made it special for you.
Think of it as what would be on your Favourites list if we had them.

For me Having a shower together is a really nice way to end an appointment.

And having a good chat over coffee is always a good way to start.
