Why the review has been deleted?

A review is a review,good or bad,is no reason to delete it..u can ratte it if its fake,and make sure u have the prooves its fake..
As that review was deleted before the new rules (wich its great), I thought the bad reviews couldnt be deleted..

Only in extreme circumstances can they be deleted.
99.99% of reviews are not deleted so unfortunatly your friends negative review will stand

Maybe she should be talking to management instead of you

I really dont understand your problems ! How does it concern you ? Its not about you , is it ! If the Ladies have a problem they have to deal with it themselfs .
