A posh London accent, or even a D4 accent does it for me. (Although thats more in real life than in escorting circles). O.K. I'll admit I'm a bit of a posh tosser!
An Eastern European accent also does it for me although I don't think its the accent itself but rather the fact that I associate that accent with the most beautiful girls in the world. ( Welll thats my opinion anyway, that Eastern European girls are the best looking women in the world).
On the opposite end of the spectrum, I find North American accents a bit of a turn off.
