List 3 things that would improve a visit for you

Everyone is different, for me:-

1. To be welcomed as if we have always known each other, i.e. A smile and kiss on cheek;
2. Tenderness and affection during an appointment - we may all know it's not real, but for me it creates the illusion;
3. At the end of the appointment, a last kiss and hug at the door before leaving.

As I said everyone is different so personally an appointment has to deliver much more than pure sex to be truly satisfying and successful.
