Yep, a guy that works in a local shop, as a kid I went in to buy something, he asked me for I think something like 36p and I handed him 3-10's, a five and a 2 p coin, he looks in the till and tells me he has no penny's and says he'll owe it to me, miserable git wouldn't give me back the 2 p and say I can owe it to him..
