Should the Street Prostitution forum be done away with?

I just had a look in there. Out from 2 posts from mods, there hasn't been a post there in nearly a month. Seemingly there has been a rule change or just stricter enforcement of a rule which seems to have directly lead to a total drop in activity.

This is the rule: "Please note that it is a breach of the forum rules to post the location of prostitutes, or to promote prostitution in any way. This forum is to discuss the issues or to provide any warnings regarding prostitution, and anything deemed inappropriate by the moderators will be edited."

Is there any point in keeping the forum going?
