if she has the texts then she should go to the Gardai, how much help it will be I don't know but maybe if an official complaint is made then it has to be followed up, threaten the Garda you report it to that you are also reporting it to ComReg and the escorts mobile operator, that way they may at least contact the person sending the texts.
