To anyone else in the office it sounds like you are making an appointment for something somewhere at some time, but how are they to know what where and when? I think Miss Chambers posted something recently which might explain why you never get replies to emails. The system is apparently set up in such a clever way that when the escort replies to your email in the usual way the reply goes to E-I, but not to you. So emailing is worse than useless. You think the escort is rude for not answering your email and she thinks you're rude for not responding to her reply.

that's crazy, what a useless waste of time. You'd think that having the facility on far more profiles than PM's then it would be more important to have it up and running
