1. Take all your clothes off and tie a swinging lead weight to your penis.
2. Run around your block three times while repeating 'I am a man not a mouse'
3. Run back into your house, taking special care to wave to the neighbours
4. Jump straight into a hot bath.

You certainly wont be worried about your cold after that.
