In the interests of transparency and I believe all infractions and banning should be reported onto the forum. so those, who commit their awful deeds have the shame of THE PERP WALK!

To often we have met the stone wall of silence, when one of our comrades disappears with the simple word banned, without explanation!

While Justice must be done, it is equally important that Justice must be seen to be done!!

Hmmm... interesting. I would like to add that it is not always appropriate to post the reasons as to why someone is banned. I would say just behave yourself.

I don't know if this was meant seriously. Maybe not, but I mostly agree anyway. There should be much more transparency in who is infracted or banned and why. Secrecy just encourages conspiracy theories. The only time where I think some discretion is needed is the rare case when an escort is banned. It's not really fair to make accusations that affect her livelihood when she can't post to defend herself.
