Sometimes I also feel the forum is going downhill. Then I read a few of the threads of yesteryear, and realise that it was always kind of crappy. That cheers me up immensely.

It is a tradition here seemingly. Somebody posts an "Im Leaving" thread, and somebody else posts teh obligitary "Dont Go" thread. Ive only been here a year and I have seen it many times.
