Do escorts have boyfriends or husbands?

Just wondering about this after what someone said in another thread.

Do a lot of escorts have boyfriends or husbands and do they know that they are escorts? If they do know; why do they put up with it? Is it a turn on? If they don't know, how do the ladies keep it secret?
