I would normally log on at least once an hour throughout the day to see if there are any interesting topics or even mildly entertaining. I find i work more productively when I give the head a rest, but I have been known to get sucked in a stay for ages..

Well for me its easy. I do other things while im logged on as well and reading and posting here. Privacy isnt an issue for me.
