Do you know I used to get offended when guys would call me and ask me this question, because it annnoys me if guys are asking questions which are clearly stated in my bio & also I’m very proud of my big Wesht of Ireland accent - almost 20 years in Dublin & I never lost it!!

So many a poor craytur I snapped the head off for asking me this question over the phone but now I fully understand why this question needs to be asked, and more than ever I am getting asked us all the time lately.

I deal last week were there were 31 “Irish” ladies advertising. And I just don’t get it, if I ever had the courage to work abroad I would be proud to state that I’m Irish & if someone didn’t like it well their loss, NEXT!!!

Plus, I would imagine that a lot of Irish guys are attracted to the allure of an exotic foreign lady??

It’s like with posting heavily altered pictures, you are kind of calling the client, if you are stating that your Irish and the client turns up and English is clearly your second language or you don’t get our humour is that not just deceiving the client as well?

Anyway, humble apologies to all the professors who I bit the head off when I got asked this question as I said I completely understand now why I am regularly getting asked this and just in case any of you are wondering if I genuinely am Irish I still have a scar on my knee from falling into a bog Hall and nearly drowning when I was about six and then getting a clip round the ear from the neighbour for being a gob shite to go near the back hole in the first place and not stuck in the turf properly

Well given the number of Americans who think they are Irish because their great, great, great grandpappy's mother's uncle's friend was Irish I can be a bit more forgiving of these people thinking they pass for Irish when they are at least here in Ireland.
But then as I understand it there's a lot of this, eh... bending of the truth when it comes to where the various escorts are from with Chinese pretending to be various other Asian nationalities and Romanians, etc... claiming to be from Hungary/Austria. No idea what the politics are behind either, guess it's just "grass is always greener" or they don't want people trying to trace anyone who might know them from back home.

The one Romanian lady I have ever met in this context was advertising as being from South America. A fact established when my schoolboy Spanish caused a blank look. She said that Romanias were reluctant to be associated with Roma. Don’t know truth or otherwise of that in general.

It’s mainly Chinese ladies masquerading as other nationalities. There’s more than a few negative threads about Chinese ladies in particular that they are aware of in general so they advertise as being Japanese or Korean. They assume that callers don’t know the difference, don’t care or when they arrive the caller decides that what part of the Asian subcontinent they are from is unimportant. There are a few ladies who may have mixed parentage as well. I know a Chinese lady with a Russian father and another with a Japanese father. There’s a lady advertising here with an Asian father and a European mother.

Possibly an element of self protective camouflage as well as you say Oddball.

It’s weird though claiming to be Irish in Ireland when you’re not as it’s not like you will fool anyone native to these shores very long.
