Notice the 2 tabs up the top; From computer & From URL.


The one you are interested in is "From URL".
(because you want to take a pic you were perving over on the net and transfer it full size into this thread right?)
If you do not see that, just simply click the "From URL" tab at the top of the box

nice work, you forgot a very important point, make sure you click in the reply box and get a flashing cursor, no brainer on pc, but on an ipad phone wont work otherwise (its caught me out more than once and I know what Im at!)

I know what you mean, but the ones today were massive (his one! see my comment its a big'n and it automatically scaled it here, as I said before sometimes it just doesnt work (have a look at the amount of miss fires and frustratingly threaded posts by me earlier tonight here in this thread )
