Piss taking in the review system

Has it been said before but to be sure of genuine reviews

There is no fail safe way of ensuring genuine reviews, but there are ways to minimise the potential.

why not have a minimum number of posts on here before a review can be made.

The majority of punters dont post on the boards, why should a punters review be regarded any different because he has popped a dozen or so posts in drop one keep one.

That will get rid of a lot of fakers / agency / pimps that spoil the system for the rest of us.

Like night follows day the above mentioned will always find ways and means to pimp girls, advertise girls, submit fake reviews.
If the government can't stop it what chance is there for the rest of you's.

But what about clients who dont use the baords? They wont be able to review and they make up the majority of reviews

As for the cooling off period, what will that achieve ?
It just means that they will wait teh period and post the same thing
Or they just wont review at all, and that is what makes that idea unfeesible

You will not stop all of them obviously but i bet you will stop 50% of them.

I made the suggestion that first time reviewers shoud either have to wait four weeks OR util they had made ten posts. And as others have pointed out the cooling off period will eliminate at least some of the fake reviews.

Asking regular reviewrs to wait a set amount of time will just mean that genuine reviewrs will not be bothered to post reviews

With all the fake reviews lately from "registered to leave review" brigade, is it time for E-I to adopt as policy of making new users to wait a set length of time before reviewing. I don't think the pming new users is working.

i know nothing about fake reveiws so this may be a bit of an uneducated comment!!
but i strongly believe some ppl have absolutely ni inteset in using this thing they just had a wonderful time with a girl and want to say thanks. so if they have to be registered for so long they cant! remember some ppl only visit one or two escorts ever , and they should still hold the right to be able to write a little review to say they enjoyed themselves!

Thats the way it should be in an ideal world Ciara, there just seems to be some people who abuse the system.

Off topic question: If a review is written for an escort, do they get a notification of it?

I had a booking made once that was to be my first in dublin for that tour.... I was not able to make the booking due to unforseen circumstances which caused my late arrival to my hotel... I later spoke to the person in question he told me if I wrote my own review and emailed it to him he would put it up... I was extremely disgusted at this idea and let him know that under no circumstances would it be happening... his answer to me was a lot of guys do this... now this guy had a trusted reviewer badge.. an established member to the forums... now as the guys here talk to each other in pm`s and in whisper in chat I wonder how much of the comment a lot of guys do it is true... so how do you really stop false reviews...when a trusted reviewer tells a girl to do this...x
