Default Trusted Reviewrs Criteria...Is it time for a rethink...

I would like to start a discussion on Trusted Reviewers and the system that is in place to get some feedback and possibly to petition for a change.

Firstly there has been a thread recently asking do Trusted Reviewers (TR) get preferential treatment, I answered in jest but I would like to give my honest answer to this to get it out of the way so as not to spoil or take off topic the real discussion I have in mind later. I do not make appointment by PM and do not announce myself prior to an appointment but if I was to, would I get special treatment. To answer this we have to consider that there are 4 types of Escort.

    1. The established Escort with multiple reviews.
    2. The ambitious Escort with 0 to medium reviews
    3. The Escort with less ambition just likes to give good service
    4. The touring Escort that does not have access to internet nor has the interest

Now assuming I was to blatantly broadcast myself to all these types prior to an appointment from my experience this is probably the treatment enjoyed.

Type 1. Already established not in need of my review really, so the fact I’m a TR means nothing to her. May feel a bit more happy that I will not waste her time and more secure that I will not harm her. To broadcast it may make her think I am a shit.

Type 2. Oh yeah, it will more than likely work here. This girl needs reviews and a shiney badge will do nicely thank you.

Type 3. You might as well be The pope and she will always give the same service.

Type 4. You are a what? Whats that? Never heard of it.

So in effect I maintain that only 1 out of the 4 types defined would possibly net a reward, IF you were to broadcast. The point I am making here is being a TR is not about getting freebies from the Escorts, because mostly you do not, it’s about helping each other and ourselves choose more accurately and avoid disappointments.

So here is my main discussion topic: Do we have enough TRs. I think not and would like to discuss a better way of getting more. I am an active punter and frequently peruse escort review profiles. I do admit that I read the TR reviews first, and then I look for guys I know here, then for guys with the most reviews next ….and so on. But I am finding that the TRs are far and few between and I have to dredge through a list of usernames to recognise DeBest or Dannyman or Scotus and now even Maxi & Fussy. I would think that if a profile had 30% TR reviews I would have sufficient review evidence and need go no further to make my decision.

I suppose basically I don’t think https://www.escort-ireland.com/board...-criteria.html is working. I for one would not ask an escort to write me a reference after I had seen her. Fuck that. In any case why should I have to apply to be a TR. Apply for what…it’s not an accolade it’s recognition of trust from your peers. You do not apply for trust. The whole application process in my view is all wrong. There have been only a handful of new TRs handed out since the new criteria started early this year. This must indicate that punters or members are not interested or just embarrassed to apply. I vehemently think that we are all missing out because of this. The TR system is a good idea, but only if we have sufficient quantities to make it work. Surely TR status can be issued automatically without the requirement for application.

We just need to discuss the who and how. What is trust anyway. How do you start trusting someone or gain trust yourself. I feel through sufficient interaction I can make up my mind whom I can trust or not. Regardless of the Criteria laid out by EI I have designed my own personal criteria. Any member here with a high post contribution, whose character is known, and who is answerable on these boards is an automatic TR in my book. I am putting forward that we the members should decide who is a TR and who is not. We have the most experience here discussing Rats and fakes. After all it is we who are punting and we who have everything to gain. If I was to see any of you regular post guys on a review profile I would immediately trust. Its just a boleeks that I cant be readily shown your review in the list because of the lack of a shine badge.

Sorry this is so long winded….

    Discuss……
