Now Maxi I don't think you are slow and nor do I think you really care about this issue- we both know what you think of reviews and we both know that you have stated it quite openly here before, at the time you handed in your badge. So with all due respect I am puzzled at your stance.

If the escort is shown to be involved (through IP matching etc) in the placing of good reviews I believe the rats should remain.

Believe it or not i do take the review system very seriously and would love to see it overhauled and yes i did hand back my badge because of the current state of it.
What i want to see is a way of stopping any fake reviews being put on to the escorts record as this is only damaging to their reputation.

Ratted reviews should stay up for 7 days to allow Escort or reviewer to come forward to fight a case for validity. If no approach is made ...delete them entirely. If a profile is seen to be a repeat offender ..delete/ban him/her too. End of story.

Keeping rats on good reviews is as bad keeping them on bad. All rats should expire within a certain timeframe resulting in a decision by staff to either punish the escort or the author. If an escort is seen to be a repeat offender then her profile should be taken down.

As I pointed out before, If I wanted to damage a girls profile, all I would have to do is keep changing my username keeping the same ip and continue to post reviews, knowing that each one will be ratted. Soon the escort in question will have numerous rats on her profile and I have achieved my goal...

I agree on the banning of reviewers, but I cannot agree on the banning of escorts. Some make mistakes and a stiff warning, I think, is more appropriate than cutting of their livelihood, and most vitally, the access to the ugly mugs system.

I do agree on the issue of rats ruining a profile.

In my opinion- bad ratted reviews should be removed.n Good ratted reviews where there is good chance the escort is involved should remain. It is common sense, as unfortunately if they are pulled there is no deterrent.

Good or bad its still fake. I see no point in keeping them in non of the cases.
It is a mistery how some girls get deleted straight away a bad review without been ratted and some girls are left with the bad reviews,but ratted.

I think the scenario you mentioned is feasible but highly convoluted. Historically the way of this type of thing is a bad review- one would hope the mods are able to keep the rules for the type of thing you suggest may happen.

Nope Honey...when the rats expire some action is taken and the review, rat and all is removed. I am assuming that removing rats incudes the attached review as well.
