first of all in the mods defence, i only started this year and i am treated the exact same way now then the way i was in the beginning, any problems i had then or have now are always dealt with accordingly and their always happy to help.but of course if an escort has a good reputation and are known to them it makes their job easier when making decisions but they are always very fair!

Exactly James. If an escort has a particular genuine complaint about being disadvantaged in any way viz a viz other escorts, they should either take in directly to E-I or post their grievance in the private forum.
