I was recently reading an article about "desinger vaginas" where women have labiaplasty to reduce the lips and make their vagina look more tidy!

It has been asked before what us ladies prefer your cock to look like, so what do you men prefer our vaginas to look like?

personally i have a very small neat vagina (an innie) but i think its really sexy when a girl has pretruding lips (an outtie)! perhaps i like it what i dont have it! lol

So which do you guys prefer innies or outties? and which are more commen? (us ladies dont usually go around comparing our vaginas so would be interesting to know)

on another note does anyone know if it has an effect on sexual sensation?

I would suppose I prefer an "innie", though I dont really mind. Prolly never thought about it before tbh. Besides I am usually more concerned with what it tastes like than what it looks like.
