There are still many industries where equal pay for equal jobs is still a major problem. This is not just between the sexes, but between lots of other things. I have worked in IT since i left Uni, and I have personally been a victim of this in the past. The big global companies just want to batter down on terms and conditions of the working class, and will do everything in their power to try and do this. I am a big socialist and am not very proud of what is happening in the UK at the moment with our government. We have to fight back and resist all this or things just gonna get even worse!!!

Well, it's probably a lot like this: men and women are equal, but the man is just a tad more equal than the woman.

A human is a human, whether they have boobs or a cock or not, it does not matter. Both sexes have proven that they are equally important in today's society, there is hardly any job that a woman cannot do but a man can and vice versa.

What I hate is the word 'the strong sexe'. I'm sorry, but there is no such thing as a strong sexe. Hell, I think women should be called this, as they put up a lot more than the man. Who's having periods every month and endure the pain? The woman. Who has to carry a child and eventually, hopefully, have it? The woman. Who, in past times, had to do all the cleaning and cooking and washing and everything and just wait until the man feels like coming home? The woman. The levels of physical and emotional pain that women have to go through or have gone through, are just amazing in comparison to what the man needs to do.

Oh yeah, we have wet dreams. Perrreetty painful don't ya think, throwing that dirty underwear in the washing machine the next morning? What else. Ehm... Help me think here, guys.

Women deserve as much respect as men, if not more. But respect is another discussion, as that depends on the personality and actions of the human in question, whether they be man or woman.

Hmm I do not think the two can be compared. Students who took out loans( having being educated read and signed the contract) are now whinging because they can not pay them back and students rallying for justice against a socialist inspired regime being crushed by 20 tones of metal.
