from my experience back in the eighties when it was mostly street escorts i paid £20 for it. picked her up, drove down some lane,no foreplay ,awkward missionery position and drop her back where i picked her up. now it is appartments, most beautiful ladies, showers, lingerie, massage, b.j. etc for approx €100-120-150. seems to me i get a better deal now than i got years ago.

No, I don't think you have the right to.
I work as a Customer Care Representative for a big company, and there also are people on the phone who would like to negotiate prices on support contracts, but hell no.
Just think of it this way, if an escort says no: 'it's against the company's policy'

The first 3 don't always get paid a fixed % and are all open to negotiation, they may start with a % but that is only an opening position. For certain types of work lawyers are not allowed to charge a percentage anyway.
It's a service, a business at the end of the day and if Joe Punter only has or only wants to pay Ellie Escort €5 for an hour then why not see if Ellie will take €5. If she doesn't want his business then fair enough
There's no point in throwing other examples into posts as several people have done and then saying, well even if i am wrong this is different.
you are failing to realise that architects etc. don't state that they charge €x to design a house, it is dependent on the actual job, as all jobs are different there is scope for negotiation. Where as an escort charges for a block of time, this is a standard thing, a half hour today is the same as a half hour tomorrow, due to this their prices are fixed and in my opinion non-negotiable
What ever happened to just plain, old-fashioned, good manners?

You have missed my point.
Across the board service providers are open to negotiation. I know that architects price based on the individual job. However, once you have your quote, you can ......... negotiate.
Some escorts say their prices are non-negotiable, some don't. Some probably do negotiate, some don't.
The finer things in life are cheaper than they were four years ago. Whose to say they won't be next week and €150 an hour or whatever won't be the going rate. One thing I will say is that it won't be for my haggling (or even negotiating) but I don't think that should stop anyone else asking politely if the escort would accept less than they advertise for.
On a legally contracted job under building law they do get a % of the cost. Its all built into the building contract. Lawyers involved in a buidling contract to the best of my knowledge get a % cost as well. It depends on the contract terms. What shifts when the final accounts are settled is how much that % is. On a non contract works then yes they may charge other then a %.
Escorts will charge waht they charge mainly becasue of the close and personal proximaty of the job. No other job is as personal. You cannot get anymore personal than intimate services and this is why negotiating isnt right. A girls price along with herself and her boundries should by respected. If a guy wants a cheap shag he can always find a girl high on drugs willing to charge anything to get her next hit.
Again what guys are missing is for every guy that comes along and says he wont pay a certain ammount ,there is another guy that will.
