If she keeps on asking you are going to have to tell her eventually. Just be honest and nice about it.
Different scenario i know but a few months back one of the lads in work came to me about a guy that smelled quite bad.
Had to take him aside to tell him. Horrible thing to do but the right thing to do.

all men pease take this advise! i thought you all knew the golden rule! NEVER COMMENT ON A WOMENS WEIGHT!!you could end up giving her a complex!

im reasonalble comfortable with my body and yet i still feel a bit concious and insecure when clients comment on my weight." its great to see a girl whos not afraid to eat" or " your lovely and curvy its great that you dont feel any pressure to be skinny" these comments make me feel like "oh god, am i fat?" even tho i know im not, its completelyillogical but its the way womens minds work!

Dont say a thing to her believe me, coming from a man it will be extremly upsetting for her.Even if you say something and she does something about it and loses the weight she will always remember that you thought she was overweight and be concious of the fact!!

she is going thr a divorce the last thing she needs is to be told she is fat!!

she needs a carrot and stick approach. call her a big fatty fathead but then tell her if she loses 5 stone you'll be willing to give her the night of her life.

This should motivate her no end.

Or feed her the carrot and beat her with a stick when she eats swiss rolls and condition her to feel pain when pigging out

I made a right bollicks of the situation lastnite telling her to go to yoga fucked it up altogether she felt I was shaming her into losing weight I pointed out she looked well in certain dresses before tried to be subtle, my heart is too big...

I think you should have just asked her to go for a brisk walk and up the ante from there
