The girls are in business, the guys (in general) will either punt or not based upon what that price is...
There are always exceptions, there are girls who charge as little as €80 per 30 mins and girls who charge nearly double that.
There are guys who punt on price and there are guys who don't. However, my view is that there is real price elasticity of demand in almost all markets, i.e. if the price goes up, the demand (all other things being equal) will drop and vice versa...
So, the short answer is that the girls set their fees based upon their desire to maximise their earnings.....
Some girls do more marketing than others and can command a higher fee, but in general it is simple economics...

Great point about rent in Ireland. I think often people forget about the cost to the girls. Rent, everyday stuff they need to buy plane tickets etc etc so i think all of this would come into consideration when setting there prices.
